His professional background blends corporate and international law, public funding, infrastructure, energy, technology, maritime and construction, having provided legal services in more than 15 jurisdictions. He has led soft-landing operations in Spain for clients from the U.S., Europe, China, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, as well as having a proven record in complex negotiations, dispute resolution, and aligning legal operations with business strategy. Oscar is fluent in Spanish and English.

Milica (Mia) Stojkovic – Partner, Head of Immigration

Milica is a legal advisor specializing in immigration, visas, and residency permits, and leads TuLex’s immigration practice with a strategic and client-focused approach. With solid international legal training and extensive experience in the Western Balkans, she is an expert in international mobility for digital nomads, investors, and real estate. Her work is centered on providing personalized legal guidance tailored to each client’s profile. Mia speaks Spanish, English, and Serbo-Croatian.
