Oscar holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's degree in International Law. He is member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1999. Oscar is an experienced lawyer with more than 15 Years of experience in practicing law not only in Spain but also overseas. He was responsible for several multinational companies and Spanish institutions in the Philippines, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Armenia and Saudi Arabia. His working languages are Spanish and English.
